Newcastle (or is it New York)


  • SADT presented “Down Amongst the Plants” at The Brick Theatre in Brooklyn, New York.


Cumbria


  • We finished our 6-week March rhythm course in Bootle.

  • Our summer social had a Spanish theme.

  • Private sessions in Bootle and Dalston for Dance, Fitness, and Yoga concluded for the summer.

What’s Happening Next


Newcastle


  • We are enjoying a well-earned rest after a summer in New York.

  • A trustees meeting is scheduled.


Cumbria


  • The next 6-week beginners/intermediate course starts on 4th September in Bootle. This term will focus on the Waltz.

  • Private lessons in Dance begin on Sunday, 7th September, in both Bootle and Dalston.

  • Wellbeing walks will start in September in Bootle and Dalston. Watch out for dates!


General


  • Our online Monday fitness and yoga course starts in September from the 8th. It includes both Exercise for Cancer Recovery and Yoga for Back Pain, along with our popular pre and post-menopause exercise course.
