Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini yoga is a holistic practice that combines spiritual and physical elements, aiming to awaken the dormant energy (Kundalini) located at the base of the spine through specific kriyas, which are organized sequences of postures, breathwork, and meditation. What sets it apart from other yoga styles is its strong focus on chanting, breath control and meditation to reach elevated states of consciousness and spiritual enlightenment.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that involves holding poses for longer durations, typically 3-5 minutes, to target deep connective tissues and promote flexibility and relaxation. It's a gentle, meditative practice that complements more active, yang-style yoga and can help with stress reduction, improved breathing, and increased mindfulness.
